This new mechanism allows people to import events into hand-held devices, so please enter your information carefully, especially as your browser will auto-fill some fields upon your return to this page.

Please note: Addition is not instantaneous; events will be imported on a regular basis after review.

Enter the name of your event. Please avoid all caps and extra punctuation. Please do not enter venue name or location (city, state), as these can be entered below. Please avoid superlatives and descriptive items (such as World's Best or 10th Annual), as that information is more approriate in the description, which will appear with the listing. "Beer Tasting at Bar Name" is acceptable.

Please note that the Brewing News Beer Calendar is for singular beer related events. Please do not post scheduled events such as bands/djs, trivia, singles nights, paint/pottery nights or happy hours.

Enter date below using start month, start day and start year.

If your event stretches overmultiple days, choose yes below and end dates will appear. (Note: You also can enter each event multiple times on separate dates. This is better for people's electronic calendars, especially if you also indicate start and end times).

Please enter the actual city name of the place where the event occurs. This value is used in lists, so do not enter Metro or Downtown, just the city name.

Why is my state not listed? The RMBN calendar only accepts submissions from the states covered in the paper (see list). If your state is not listed, please use the appropriate calendar using the forms located on our Submit Event page.

End time is optional! The latest end time is 11:59 PM (this ensures the event only shows on one date). If your event goes longer, indicate that in the description.

Enter price info here, you can include details (i.e. pay as you go, advance tix, etc.)
